My last Hypnos mattress was perfect, it was 12 years old, so time to replace. I bought a double Hampstead no-turn mattress & once again I am more than pleased with it. It’s firm but not overly so & quite deep. I would also recommend the Hypnos hideaway base.

At first, as expected, we found the bed firm but comfortable. After a couple of weeks, we got used to it and now no longer notice the firmness. A great sleep and no stiffness first thing in the morning.
