At Hypnos we take sleep incredibly seriously. Sleep is key to our wellbeing as it helps recharge the mind and body to ensure we’re happy and content. Research has shown that the effects of poor sleep can affect our mental health, immune system, skin condition and even body weight, so we've worked closely with our resident sleep specialist, Natalie Pennicotte-Collier [MSC, MBCT, D.CHyp, MNCH, DHybKG, Reg CNHC], to offer advice on how you can improve all aspects of your sleep to keep yourself and your family well-rested and healthy!
