We are a family-run business that has been creating pieces of Great British furniture since the Edwardian era. Our dedication to exceptional service and British quality has earned the company a Royal Warrant from Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.

Hypnos has been working collaboratively with Red Tractor’s assured farms to exclusively source fully traceable and certified British Wool. Furthermore, in 2022 Hypnos became the first brand to introduce certified wool from British farms into the globally recognised Responsible Wool Standard. This significant milestone further solidifies our commitment to quality British products.

Over 100 Years of Bed Making Experience

With a remarkable legacy spanning a century, Hypnos has devoted itself to the art of meticulously crafting luxurious small single mattresses and beds by hand. Guiding the company into its fourth generation is Peter Keen, our esteemed Chairman. Continuing this tradition, his children James (Chief Executive Officer) and Sarah proudly represent the fifth generation of Keens actively involved in the day-to-day operations.
