All copyright, design rights and other intellectual property rights in our products, designs and images are and remain the property of Hypnos.

Social Media prize draw terms & conditions
By entering the promotion luxury wool bedding bundle you the participant agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion form part of these terms and conditions.
THE PROMOTER
The Promoter of this Promotion is Hypnos Limited (registered with company number 00213405 and registered address at 1 Longwick Road, Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, HP27 9RT).
ENTRY ELIGIBILITY
The Promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom. Participants must be aged 18 or over. In entering the competition, participants confirm that they are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. If they are chosen to win, the Promoter may require a participant to provide evidence that they are eligible to enter the Promotion.
The competition is not open to:
A) Employees of the Promoter or any of its group companies;
B) Anyone otherwise connected with the organisation of the competition; and
C) Any close relatives of anyone falling within categories 3(a) or 3(b).
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are:
A) From business customers or resellers of the Promoter;
B) Automatically generated by computer or created by artificial intelligence (including but not limited to chatbots such as ChatGPT or similar software applications; or
C) Completed by third parties or in bulk (whether from trade, consumer groups or otherwise).
HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES
There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter the competition.
Entries will be accepted from Monday 1st December at 9:00am. The closing date for entries is Friday 12th December at 23:59pm. Entries received after this time will not be eligible for entry. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries that are delayed or not received for whatever reason.
To enter into the prize draw, participants must adhere to the following entry mechanics:

- Like the post relating to Hypnos' luxury wool bedding bundle.
- Share the post
- For an alternative entry method sent to Hypnos Newsletter subscribers only, one can also enter via the Hypnos website and complete the online entry form.
Participants acknowledge that where they are entering the competition via a third-party social media platform, they do so at their own risk. The Promoter makes no representation, warranty or commitment and shall have no liability or obligation whatsoever in relation to the content or use of, or correspondence with, any such third-party platforms. The Promoter recommends that all participants refer to the third-party social media platform’s terms and conditions and privacy policy prior to using the relevant platform. Neither the Promoter nor its group of companies endorses or approves any third-party website or social media platform nor the content of any of such websites or platforms.
Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be accepted. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.
By submitting a competition entry, each participant is deemed to have accepted and agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.
No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries.
THE PRIZE
The prize consists of one luxurious wool bedding bundle. The prize shall be delivered to the winner within Hypnos’ standard delivery timescales (approximately 4-6 weeks). The prize does not include the disposal of the winner’s existing mattress. If the winner requests a mattress removal service, this will be provided by the Promoter and charged to the winner at the Promoter’s standard cost. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
The prizes remains subject to availability and there is no cash alternative for the prize.
Prizes are not transferable.
WINNERS
One winner will be chosen at random from those who have entered across all entry routes (Instagram or via the Hypnos website). The draw to select the winner will be conducted within [4] days of the Closing Date 12/11/2025 and will be independently supervised. The winner drawn may be asked to provide evidence that they are aged 18 years or over.
The winner will be contacted within 48 hours of the Selection Date, through Instagram or via contact details provided through website competition submissions (depending on the route through which the winner participated). The winner will have 48 hours from the date and time the notification was sent to claim their prize.
In the event that a winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible to participate (including by failing to provide the Promoter with evidence that they are aged 18 or over), or fails to claim the prize in the time required, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner at random from the eligible received entries. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for any winner who is not able to take up their prize.
The prize is not transferable to another person. The prize may not be claimed by a third party on behalf of the winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner to anyone who emails marketing@hypnosbeds.com or writes to Hypnos Beds Head Office & Showroom, Longwick Rd, Princes Risborough HP27 9RS (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the closing date stated above.
If any participant object to any or all of their surname or county being published or made available, they should contact the Promoter Hypnos Beds Head Office & Showroom | marketing@hypnosbeds.com. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
DISQUALIFICATION
The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify participants who it considers to have not complied with any of these terms and conditions; or any participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion.
The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid claims and entries including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors:
A) Accept no liability to any participant for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring in relation to entering the Promotion; and
B) Will not in any circumstances, be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up any prize.
Except where any such loss, damage, personal injury or death is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Participants’ and the winner’s statutory rights are not affected.
PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION
The Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant only as set out in its Privacy Policy and solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose. To that extent, the Promoter may share such personal data with third parties involved with this Promotion. The Promoter will delete any personal data submitted by the participant after the end of the Promotion, save where the Promoter is permitted to retain it in order to comply with applicable law. A participant may request access to and the correction or deletion of his/her personal data by contacting the Promoter. See also condition 20 regarding the announcement of the winner.
MISCELLANEOUS
All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence relating to or regarding the Promotion will be entered into save for communication with the winner to inform them that they have won and regarding claiming the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions and/or to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend the Promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. Any changes to the Promotion or these terms and conditions will be notified to participants by the Promoter as soon as practicable.
Promoter acknowledges that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram and releases Facebook and Instagram of any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any information provided by a participant under this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook or Instagram. In accepting these terms and conditions participants release Facebook and Instagram from liability to the fullest extent possible in law.
JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW
This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. By participating, the participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
