A Guided Relaxation

For the last few months, we've been asking the general public how well they sleep. It turns out that generally they are not sleeping well. On average, they have rated their sleep quality at 4.6 out of 10*, so there is plenty of room for improvement.

We have something that might just help. It's called mindfulness and uses recognised techniques to help alleviate stress and improve relaxation. Our sleep expert, Natalie, has put together an audio clip to lead you through a guided relaxation exercise.
